Extremely active with both NJBankers and the American Bankers Association, he has served on numerous committees of both organizations. Beatty is a charter member of the Hope Area Chamber of Commerce, currently serving as president.
He is the father of First Hope Bank’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Lewis R. Beatty and Daniel G. Beatty of Fairfield, Va.
