RIDGEWOOD, N.Y., January 6, 2010— The Board of Trustees of Ridgewood Savings Bank today announced officer promotions, effective as of Jan. 1, 2010.
William C. McGarry, chairman and chief executive officer of Ridgewood Savings Bank, announced that Peter M. Boger has been promoted to president and chief operating officer. Formerly, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for the bank.
In addition, the bank’s Board of Trustees approved the following senior officer promotions: Geraldine Brennan has been promoted to senior vice president and auditor from vice president and auditor; Ann Freese to vice president, risk and technology from assistant vice president; Gregory Hrycak to vice president and commercial lending officer from assistant vice president and commercial lending officer.
The following junior officer promotion has been approved: Emad Hamdan has been promoted to assistant treasurer.
